Learning Dimensions – Instructional Designer | eLearning Developer | Educator

Rose Milmoe

Thank you for reviewing my portfolio.

I have conducted training analysis and created in-depth, complex instructional designs. My gap analysis has revealed discrepancies in processes and procedures at Moneygram Intl, low completion, and knowledge gaps at Fresenius Medical Care for training gaps in specific areas. I designed learning that conformed with best adult learning practices and learning sciences. The learning-centered experiences created using e-learning, gamification, hands-on practices, and videos have impacted every content I develop. During development and implementation, my relationship with stakeholders and use of agile project management allowed the launch of training that is on-point and on-demand.My approach simplifies technical or complex content, breaking it into reusable learning objects (smaller, manageable units on specific concepts or skills), easy to manage and evaluate.
