I use this document to document project requester needs, vision, and expectations. I use a few questions to identify training related requests. I need to know if any training asset exists. If it does not exist, does it need to be created, supplemented, or updated?
What issue the training needs to address?

What is the stake holder’s vision for the request?
The Training Request Meeting
Once the training needs are evaluated and identified we gather information about the training, time lines, project type and development.
Train the Trainer
The content below shares documents created to train trainers. The first is a spreadsheet template used to certify trainers. The second is a PowerPoint used for VLT and ILT. The audience is sales product managers and sales personnel creating product training content.
